Windows 98 Starts Only in Safe Mode on IBM PC 300 (189465)

After you install Windows 98 on an IBM PC 300 (Type 6561) computer, you may
be able to start Windows 98 only in Safe mode.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if either or both of the following conditions
exist:
- The IBM PC 300 (Type 6561) computer has an older BIOS version
installed.
- The IBM PC 300 (Type 6561) computer has an older video adapter driver
installed.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, upgrade your BIOS to version Nzjt31a or later and
upgrade your video adapter driver. To do this, contact IBM or visit the
following IBM Web site:
