FP98: Some HTML Tags Retained After Deleting Selection (189401)

When you have a hand tagged HyperText Markup Language (HTML) document
where formatting tags span multiple paragraphs, like this
<FONT SIZE=2>
<P>Some Text</P>
<P>More Text</P>
</FONT>
and you select and delete the paragraphs, the formatting tags may be
retained, like this:
CAUSE
This problem occurs because FrontPage attempts to preserve the original
formatting of the hand tagged HTML document.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, install the FrontPage 98b binary patch.
