Multiple CD-ROM Drive Letters After Upgrading to Windows 98 (189386)

After you upgrade to Windows 98, four CD-ROM drives may be displayed in My
Computer and Windows Explorer even though you have only one CD-ROM drive
in your computer.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if you are using an NEC 4X4, 4X6, 4X8, or 4X16
CD-ROM drive, and you installed the NEC Single CD tool in your previous
version of Windows.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, reinstall the Single CD tool using the disk
included with your NEC 4X CD-ROM drive.
