Err Msg: Server Execution Failed (189158)

When you install Microsoft Site Server version 3.0, you may receive the
following error message:
Server Execution Failed
NOTE: This error occurs during the creation of the virtual root and
virtual servers and occurs eight times.
During the installation of Microsoft Commerce Server (Commerce Edition),
you may receive one or more of the following error messages:
Microsoft Site Server
Cannot create Web project
Details:
Error: 80080005
Server execution failed
NOTE: The above error occurs once for each sample site that is being
installed and once while configuring the Membership directory service.
The event viewer may also log the following event message:
Event ID : 10004
Source : DCOM
Description: DCOM got error "logon failure: the user has not been
granted the requested logon type at this computer." and
was unable to logon <domain\username> in order to run the
server: {CLSID}.
CAUSE
The System package in Microsoft Transaction Server version 2.0 is
configured for a specific user instead of Interactive User.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
- Click Start, go to Programs, and go to Windows NT 4.0 Option Pack.
- Go to Microsoft Internet Information Server, and click Internet Service
Manager.
NOTE: Do not click Internet Service Manager (HTML).
- Double-click the Microsoft Transaction Server object.
- Double-click the Computers object.
- Click OK on the error message that appears.
- Click Yes to confirm resetting the Identity to Interactive User.
- Click OK.
- Close Internet Service Manager.
- Reinstall Microsoft Site Server version 3.0 and Microsoft Commerce
Server (Commerce Edition).

The above situation occurs if, during the installation of the Microsoft
Windows NT 4.0 Option Pack, you specified to allow remote administration
in the Microsoft Transaction Server 2.0 properties.
