OL98: Unable to Print Multiple Copies (188585)

SYMPTOMS

Microsoft Outlook 98 may print only one copy of an item, mail message, Contact, Task, and such, when you try to print multiple copies.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if you are printing to a Hewlett-Packard DeskJet 890C printer.

RESOLUTION

Click to select the Collate Copies check box in the Print dialog box. To do this, follow these steps:
  1. On the File menu, click Print.
  2. Click to select the Collate Copies check box and click OK.
