Picture It! Express: Pointer Opens Incorrect Folder (188338)

When you click a folder in Microsoft Picture It! Express, you may open
the folder beneath the folder you clicked.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if you change your color palette setting after
you start Picture It! Express.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, quit and then restart Picture It! Express.
NOTE: If you are prompted to change your display settings when you
start Picture It! Express, click Yes, and then click OK.
Follow the instructions on the screen to increase your color palette setting.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Picture It! Express. MORE INFORMATION
If your color palette is set to 256 colors, you are prompted to change
your display settings when you start Picture It! Express.
