SYMPTOMS

When you click a folder in Microsoft Picture It! Express, you may open the folder beneath the folder you clicked.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if you change your color palette setting after you start Picture It! Express.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, quit and then restart Picture It! Express.

NOTE: If you are prompted to change your display settings when you start Picture It! Express, click Yes, and then click OK. Follow the instructions on the screen to increase your color palette setting.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Picture It! Express.
