Unable to Use 2 Mouse Buttons Simultaneously in Toshiba Portege (188180)

SYMPTOMS
When you try to use two of your mouse buttons simultaneously on your
Toshiba Portege 300 series computer, you may be unable to do so.
CAUSE
This issue can occur because Toshiba installs a proprietary mouse driver,
the Tmouse.vxd file. This file prevents two button simultaneous operation
of your mouse.
RESOLUTION
WARNING: Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that
may require you to reinstall your operating system. Microsoft cannot
guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry
Editor can be solved. Use Registry Editor at your own risk.
For information about how to edit the registry, view the "Changing Keys
And Values" Help topic in Registry Editor (Regedit.exe) or the "Add and
Delete Information in the Registry" and "Edit Registry Data" Help topics
in Regedt32.exe. Note that you should back up the registry before you edit it.
To resolve this issue, contact Toshiba to inquire about the availability
of a fix for this issue.
To work around this issue, use Registry Editor to remove the Tmouse value
from the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\VXD3MORE INFORMATION
