Dragging File to Recycle Bin Deletes File Without Warning (186776)

When you drag a file from a compressed folder to the Recycle Bin, the file
is deleted. No warning message is displayed, and you are unable to recover
the file.
RESOLUTION
There is currently no resolution to this problem.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Plus! 98,
version 1.0.
