Summary Information Missing in My Computer or Windows Explorer (186704)

When you view files or folders in My Computer or Windows Explorer, the
summary information on the left side of the window may be missing.
CAUSE
This issue can occur for either of the following reasons:
- The View as Web Page feature is not enabled.
- The window size is too small to correctly display the summary
information on the left side of the window.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, use the appropriate method:
Enable View as Web Page
To enable the View as Web Page feature in My Computer or Windows Explorer,
start Windows Explorer or open My Computer, and then click As Web Page on
the View menu.
Resize the Window to a Larger Size
To resize the window to a larger size, click Maximize, or click Size on
the System menu, press the arrow keys until you size the window
appropriately, and then press ENTER.
