XFOR: Unable to Select Multiple Items in the MMC for Chat Service (184726)

This article applies to Microsoft Chat Server. If you attempt to select
more than one Microsoft Exchange Chat channel, portal, class, or Banned
User using either the Ctrl or Shift key, only one item is selected at a
time.
CAUSE
This is a known limitation in the Chat Administration UI.
WORKAROUND
Select only one Chat item at a time.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products
listed at the beginning of this article. We are researching this problem
and will post additional information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base
as it becomes available.
