Error Message: You Must Run CVT32 to Convert a Drive to FAT32 (184214)

When you attempt to convert a drive to the file allocation table 32
(Fat32) file system from a command prompt, you may receive the following
error message:
You must run CVT32 to convert a drive to FAT32.
In Windows, click the Start button, point to Programs, point to
Accessories, point to System Tools, and then click the FAT32
Converter Icon.
The conversion was canceled.
CAUSE
This issue may occur if you attempt to run the conversion file Cvt.exe
from a command prompt without using the /cvt32 parameter.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, add the /cvt32 parameter to the Cvt.exe command and
then run the conversion. For example, type the following command at the
command prompt, and then press ENTER
cvt <drive>: /cvt32
where <drive> is the drive you want to convert.
