WD98: Fax Wizard Does Not Complete Information from Address Book (184130)

When you select the Elegant Fax in the Fax Wizard and use the Address Book
to insert your information, the Fax Wizard does not complete the
information. Only the Name and Fax Number items are completed on the fax
form.
For example, if you include the Company Name and Phone Number in the
Address Book, even though these fields are in the Address Book, they are
not completed on the fax form.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products
listed at the beginning of this article.
