ActiMates: Gifts Are Not Printed From The Parent's Room (184078)

SYMPTOMS

When you click Print in the Gifts area of the Parent's Room, the selected gift may not be printed.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4.0.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, download and install the Actgift.exe update file.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft Barney software titles listed in the applies to section of this article and in Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4.0.
