WinCE Err Msg: Cannot Convert File <Filename> (184064)

When you attempt to transfer a Microsoft Excel 97 or Microsoft Word 97
file from a desktop computer to a Handheld PC (H/PC), you may receive the
following error message
Cannot convert file <filename>
where <filename> is the name of the file you attempted to transfer.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if the Excel 97 or Word 97 file you attempted to
transfer is password protected.
RESOLUTION
To work around this issue, do not password protect Excel 97 or Word 97
files you want to transfer to an H/PC.
If you want to protect your documents, use the Passwords tool in Control
Panel.
