This article was previously published under Q182987 SYMPTOMS
When you receive a message in Outlook Express, the message may be
addressed to "undisclosed recipients."
CAUSE
This behavior occurs when the sender uses the Blind Carbon Copy (Bcc) box
to address the message and leaves the To box blank.
MORE INFORMATION
When you use the Bcc box in Outlook Express to send a copy of a message to
additional recipients, the recipients' names are not visible to other
recipients of the message. If you address a message using only the Bcc
box, the message is addressed to "undisclosed recipients" when the
recipients view the message.
