MacPPT: PowerPoint Won't Print Slide Zero in Page Range (182921)

When you attempt to print a range of slides that includes a slide numbered zero,
the first slide (slide 0) will not be printed.
CAUSE
The Print dialog box, a component of the Macintosh operating system software,
does not recognize zero as a valid page number. Hence, you cannot specify a
print range that includes slide zero.
RESOLUTION
To print slide zero, print the entire presentation.

The ability for PowerPoint to start slide numbering at slide zero is a new
feature to PowerPoint. To change the starting slide number, click Page Setup
on the File menu, and then change the value in the Number Slides From option.
