XL98: Double-Clicking Query File Does Not Open File (182800)

When you double-click a Microsoft Query file, Microsoft Query starts but
the file is not opened.
CAUSE
This problem occurs if the Office Assistant is available.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, follow these steps:
- Start Microsoft Query.
- On the File menu, click Open.
- Click to select the Query file that you want to open, and then click
Open.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products
listed at the beginning of this article.
