Cannot Choose Commands with AutoCAD LT 97 and Internet Explorer (182795)

If you run AutoCAD LT 97 with Internet Explorer installed, click View on
the Toolbars menu, click Customize, right-click the PolarSnaps Settings
icon, click Button Properties, and then click anywhere in the Button
Properties dialog box, your programs may not respond when you click with
your mouse, and menu commands may not be available when you right-click
with your mouse.
RESOLUTIONSTATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Internet Explorer 4.01 for
Windows NT 4.0.
