There is a possibility that when using Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher a
scripting call to the function OnBlur() may not behave as expected. The
function may not work properly when clicking another control or the
background of the page
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a bug in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article. This bug was corrected in Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.
