"Jump to URL" Command Hangs Windows Help (182462)

When you right-click Windows Help on the taskbar while Windows Help is
minimized, and then click Jump To URL, nothing seems to happen. After you
do this, Windows Help no longer seems to respond.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because the Jump To URL dialog box opens inside the
minimized Windows Help tool, where you cannot see it.
RESOLUTION
To work around this behavior, press CTRL+ALT+DELETE to open the Close
Program dialog box, click Windows Help, click End Task, and then click End
Task.
