GW: Back Side Of Card Prints Upside Down (182078)

SYMPTOMS

When you print a two-sided card, Greetings Workshop will display an animation which illustrates how to reinsert the paper into your printer to print the second side. Depending on your printer, this animation may be incorrect.

RESOLUTION

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Greetings Workshop version 1.0 and 2.0. This problem has been corrected in Microsoft Greetings Workshop version 2.0b.

WORKAROUND

To print the two-sided cards correctly, reinsert the paper back into the printer in the opposite direction from that shown in the animation.
