McAfee VirusScan 3.1.0 May Not Work Properly with Screen Saver (180651)

SYMPTOMS

When you install the McAfee VirusScan 3.1.0 program, any of the following symptoms may occur:
  • The entry in the Screen Saver box on the Screen Saver tab in Display properties may change to "None."
  • The screen saver you want to use may not work.
  • The only screen saver that may work is the one that you used before you installed the McAfee VirusScan program.
  • The McAfee ScreenScan feature does not work while the screen saver is active.
  • The floppy disk drive is accessed while the screen saver is active.
