PPT98: Bullets Pasted Into PowerPoint Paste as Arrows (178065)

When you copy text with bullet formatting from Microsoft Word and paste
the text in Microsoft PowerPoint 98 Macintosh Edition, the bullets change
to arrows.
WORKAROUND
After you paste the selection in Microsoft PowerPoint 98 Macintosh
Edition, you can work around this problem, by changing the arrows to
bullets. To do this, follow these steps:
- Select the text you want to change.
- On the Format menu, click Bullet.
To change the font, select the font you want in the Bullets From list.
- Click the character you want.
- Click OK.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the versions of Microsoft
PowerPoint listed at the beginning of this article. We are researching this
