FS98: Engine Noise Continues After You Switch to Map View (177247)

SYMPTOMS

When you switch from Spot Plane view to Map view in Flight Simulator 98, the engine noise sound playback may continue.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if the Spot Plane view is still running in the background.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

  1. On the Views menu, click Close View.
  2. On the Views menu, point to New View, and then click Map.
