The products listed in the applies to section of this article will install on Windows NT 4.0 without a problem, but they will not run unless you have obtained the Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 3.

DirectX installation is a part of DreamWorks Setup. DirectX Setup will run by default and appear to install correctly, but it does not include support for Windows NT 4.0. Only the Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 3 will install DirectX drivers that provide support for Windows NT 4.0.
