SideWinder Force Feedback Pro: No Forces Felt on Test Forces Tab (175184)

SYMPTOMS

No force feedback effects are felt on the Test Forces tab in the SideWinder Force Feedback Pro Properties. For example, if you test a force on the Test Forces tab and then remove and reinstall the SideWinder Force Feedback Pro controller in the Game Controllers tool, you do not feel force feedback effects.

RESOLUTION

Close the Game Controllers tool after you reinstall the SideWinder Force Feedback Pro controller. When you reopen the Game Controller tool and return to the Test Forces tab you will feel the force feedback effects again.
