PRJ98: Subscript Out of Range Error Using PercentComplete Property (173746)

In Microsoft Project 98, when you set the PercentComplete property of the
ActiveProject object, you receive the following error message:
Run-time error '9':
Subscript out of range
CAUSE
You cannot set the percent complete for the project by using the
PercentComplete property of the ActiveProject object.
