INTRODUCTION When you install Microsoft Money, the Setup program relies
on the Microsoft Internet Explorer Setup program to install the following components:
- Web browser
- The Wininet.dll file
- The Schannel.dll file
Reinstalling Money does not start the Internet Explorer Setup program. Therefore, these three components are not installed. During the set up of Money, Internet Explorer is installed unless a later version of Internet Explorer is
already present on the computer. By design, you cannot stop the installation of Internet Explorer or choose to exclude the
installation of Internet Explorer. Money requires the version of Internet
Explorer that includes 128-bit security to function correctly.
