OL97: Outlook Prints Extra Blank Page on Windows NT 3.51 (173204)

SYMPTOMS

When you print an e-mail message using a PostScript printer in Microsoft Windows NT version 3.51, an extra blank page prints with the message. The extra page does not appear in Print Preview.

CAUSE

There is a problem in the PostScript printer driver for Windows NT 3.51.

RESOLUTION

There are two workarounds for this problem.
  • Use a non-PostScript printer driver.
  • Upgrade to Windows NT 4.0.
