Money: Extra 1 in Dialing Properties Causes Connection to Fail (168631)

When you attempt to dial your financial institution, you get a busy signal
or the following error message:
Online Services is busy or the number that was dialed is
not correct. Please check the number in Online Services
Setup, and/or try the call again later.
When you attempt to dial to the Branding Server (BDS) to download
information about your bank, you get a busy signal or the following error
message:
Online Services is busy or the number that was dialed is
not correct. If this problem continues, try reinstalling
Money from your original product disks.
CAUSE
Having a "1" in the Long Distance box of the Dialing Properties, causes the
connection to fail.
RESOLUTION
Check the telephone number being dialed. If you are dialing a local number
there should not be a 1 preceding the phone number. The phone number should
only be proceded by a 1 if you are dialing long distance.
