PPT97: No Build on Audience Computer After Next, Previous Slide (164829)

SYMPTOMS

If you use the Next or Previous Slide button in the Slide Manager to go to a slide that was already built during a Presentation Conference, the build effect is not repeated on the audience's computer but it does recur on the presenter's computer.

RESOLUTION

To view a previous slide, while the presentation is in progress, right-click anywhere, point to Go To, click the Slide Navigator, select the slide you want to show, and then click Go To.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
