Conference Hangs While Close Program Dialog Box Is Displayed (163844)

SYMPTOMS

When you are in a conference and one of the conference members opens the Close Program dialog box (by pressing CTRL+ALT+DELETE), other conference members receive no response from the computer with the Close Program dialog box displayed.

CAUSE

All programs are suspended while the Close Program dialog box is displayed.

RESOLUTION

If you need to open the Close Program dialog box, notify the members of your conference that you will be unavailable and that they should not attempt to contact you during this time.
