ACC97: Misleading Message When Form's Shortcut Menu Is Missing (163839)

SYMPTOMS
When you try to use a shortcut menu on a form in Microsoft Access 97,
if the shortcut menu is missing or does not exist, Microsoft Access
displays the following message:
Microsoft Access can't find the macro '<name of shortcut menu>'
This message is misleading because it refers to a missing macro instead of
to a missing shortcut menu.
