SUMMARY

When using a Shared Folder to communicate with team members, the situation of either duplicate or unwanted e-mail names might arise. To remove a person as a valid e-mail address, you must delete the following files from the Shared Folder location:
   <e-mail name>.NMP
   <e-mail name>.NMI

with name being the e-mail name of the resource to be deleted. The e-mail name will consist of the first five characters of the person's combined first and last names and a three digit number, starting at "000" (without quotation marks) and incremented by one if duplicates exists. For example, the following information shows two people with the first name Patrick and a person named John Smith:
PATRI000.NMP PATRI001.NMP JOHNS000.NMP
PATRI000.NMI PATRI001.NMI JOHNS000.NMI

Once the files have been removed or deleted, you can reassign any remaining tasks to an existing e-mail address or create a new e-mail address.
