XCON: MTA: Content Conversion Error 210 with ISO 6937 Bodypart (163690)

When receiving a message from a foreign X.400 MTA that has an ISO 6937
Bodypart and an IA5 Bodypart, Microsoft Exchange Server may log the
following event to the Windows NT Event Log:

The message cannot be delivered, and a Non Delivery Report is created.
CAUSE
This is caused by an invalid encoding on the foreign X.400 system. The

STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Exchange Server
version 4.0.
This problem was corrected in the latest Microsoft Exchange 4.0 U.S. Service Pack.
