This article was previously published under Q163668 SYMPTOMS
When you print a series of monthly calendars in Microsoft Outlook 97, the
printout does not have page breaks at the beginning of each month.
RESOLUTION
To assure that the printout has page breaks at the beginning of each month
in a series, print one month at a time. To do this, follow these steps:
- From the Calendar view in Outlook, click the Print icon on the toolbar.
- In the Print dialog box, under Print Style, click Monthly Style.
- Under Print range, in the Start box, click the arrow, and on the
drop-down calendar, click the first day of the month you want to
print.
- Under Print range, in the End box, click the arrow, and on the
drop-down calendar, click the last day of the month you want to
print.
- Click OK.
Repeat these steps for EACH month in the series you want to print.
NOTE: Even when you specify Start and End dates, the calendar printout will
reflect five full weeks. Part of the previous month and/or part of the next
month may be displayed in the printout as well. Also, the monthly calendar
printout in Outlook is limited to five full weeks. If a given month
overlaps more than five weeks, part of the month will not be displayed in
the printout. See March 1997 as an example.
