HP LaserJet Series II Prints Extra Small Stripes or Points (163614)

SYMPTOMS

When a file is printed in landscape orientation on a Hewlett-Packard HP LaserJet Series II printer, or compatible model using the Windows NT 4.0 Laserjet Series II driver, small stripes or points will be printed at the bottom of the page.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version 4.0. This problem was corrected in the latest Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 U.S. Service Pack. For information on obtaining the service pack, query on the following word in the Microsoft Knowledge Base (without the spaces):
