Cannot Modify Speed Dial Properties (163607)

When you are viewing the properties for a SpeedDial shortcut in the
SpeedDial folder, the only changes that can be made are for the file
attributes.
RESOLUTION
If you need to change the properties for a SpeedDial shortcut, use one of
the following methods:
- Delete the icon from the SpeedDial folder and create a new one using
the Create Speed Dial command on the Call menu.
- Edit the shortcut. To do so, use any text editor (such as Notepad) to
open the appropriate <Filename>.cnf file in the SpeedDial folder. Edit
the "Address=" line. The correct format for the line is
Address=<Server name>/<User address>
