When you open a Pocket Excel file marked with the Read-Only attribute, you
receive the following message:
'<Path>\<filename>.pxl' is read-only. Tap OK to open the document read-only.
If you attempt to open a second Pocket Excel (.pxl) file marked with the
Read-Only attribute, you may receive the following error message:
Fatal Application Error. Application PXL.exe has performed an illegal
operation and will be shut down. If the problem persists, contact the
program vendor.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs when any of the following conditions exists:
- You attempt to open a second .pxl file marked with the Read-Only
attribute before you close the read-only notification message you
receive when you open the first .pxl marked with the Read-Only
attribute.
- You attempt to open two .pxl files marked with the Read-Only attribute
simultaneously.
RESOLUTION
To work around this problem, follow these steps:
- When you receive the read-only notification message for the first .pxl
file, tap OK.
- Open the second .pxl file.
