Error Message: Cannot Print File (163368)

When you click a shortcut in H/PC Explorer and then click Print on the
File menu, you may receive the following error message:
Cannot print file '<filename>.lnk.' Check to make sure enough Windows
system resources are available and that the application is installed
correctly.
