SUMMARY

In Team Manager for Team Members, only one manager can be associated with a team file at a time, even though more than one manager can modify the team file.

MORE INFORMATION

Multiple managers can modify the Team File. The first manager to open the team file has write access to the file. Having two managers modify the same team file is not recommended because the last manager to send messages to a team member is the manager associated with the team file. The manager associated with the Team File is the manager who will receive any future messages from the team member.

The manager associated with the team file can be changed in Team Manager for Team Members by doing the following:

  1. Open Team Manager for Team Members.
  2. Click Options, and then click the Team File.
  3. Click Manager, select the Manager from the address book and then click To.
  4. Click OK 3 times to exit.
Now the new manager is properly associated with this team file.
