Financial Institutions offering OFC or Money online services in
international markets must ship a disk containing all branding and
configuration files directly to the user in order for them to set up online
services. The FI Branding Toolkit (included in the \BDS directory on the
Developer's Compact Disk) can be used to create these files. Microsoft
also offers a setup executable that should be included on the branding disk
that is delivered to the user. Email OFC@Microsoft.com for more
