The information in this article applies to:

  • Microsoft Team Manager

This article was previously published under Q162002

SUMMARY

When a Manager in Team Manager replys to a Status Report all e-mail communications are appended to the top of the Status Report on the Notebook Tab.

MORE INFORMATION

If a manager replies or rejects a Status Report from a team member and the team member replies back to the manager, all the e-mail responses are appended to the top of the Status Report when the manager finally accepts the report. This information is listed just above the first section heading in the Status Report that resides on the Notebook Tab.

This behavior is by design in Team Manager. All e-mail communications that effect this report are recorded.
