TMGR: Actual Work Units Displayed Incorrectly for Assignments (161716)

When a team member sends actual work formatted in days to the Team Manager,
the formatting changes to hours on the assignment line after the manager
accepts the actual work values.
CAUSE
When the remaining work for the task is recalculated in Team Manager and
the remaining work is zero, the units default to hours, regardless of the
unit settings.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Team Manager 97.
