MORE INFORMATION
Timescale labels in a timescaled view, such as Workload Planner, can be
formatted to display color on screen, regardless of the selected printer.
To do this, on the Format menu, click Timescale, click the Font button for
the Upper or Lower timescale, and select the desired color. However,
timescale labels always preview and are printed in black, even when you use
a color printer.
Data and labels in tables can be printed in color when you use a color
printer. To format these fonts, on the Format menu, click Sheet, select the
item you want to format, and then click the Fonts button.
