Cinemania 97: Corrupted Fonts on IBM Thinkpad with Cyber9320 (161219)

The text in Cinemania 97 appears corrupt or garbled on an IBM
Thinkpad. This occurs if you are using a Cyber9320 display driver.
You may also experience this behavior in other programs after you exit
Cinemania.
NOTE: Rebooting the computer resolves the problem until Cinemania is
launched again.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, use a different display driver.
The Trident Super VGA display driver is compatible and resolves the
problem. To change the display driver, do the following:
- Click the Start button, point to Settings, and then click Control
Panel.
- Double-click Display.
- Click the Settings tab.
- Click Change Display Type.
- Next to the Adapter Type, click Change.
- Make sure Show Compatible Devices is selected.
- From the list, select:
If the Trident Super VGA display driver is not listed under Compatible
Devices, do the following:
- Click Show All Devices.
- From the Manufacturers list, select:
- From the Models list, select:
- Click OK, then Close, then click Close again.
- When you are prompted to restart your computer, click Yes.
Cinemania should run normally.
