OL97: Removing Microsoft Exchange Deletes Some Outlook DLLs (161213)

After you install Microsoft Outlook 97 and then remove Microsoft Exchange
Client through the Control Panel Add/Remove Programs option, some shared
DLLs are deleted that are needed by Outlook 97.
CAUSE
Microsoft Exchange Setup does not mark some DLLs as shared; therefore, they
are not protected during the Remove process.
WORKAROUND
Remove Microsoft Exchange before you install Outlook, or reinstall Outlook
after you remove Microsoft Exchange.
