TMGR: Entering Zero into Actual Work Does Not Remove Actuals (161078)

In Microsoft Team Manager, entering a zero (0) to clear an actual work
value will result in a value of zero entered for the period.
CAUSE
Microsoft Team Manager treats an entry of 0d in the Actual Work field as a
valid time value.
RESOLUTION
To the clear the Actual Work field for a task, use the DELETE key instead
of trying to set the field to zero.
