TMGR: Sorting on Remaining Work Fails in Task Assignment View (161077)

In Microsoft Team Manager, if you try to sort on remaining work in
the Task Assignments view, it appears as if Team Manager did not sort
correctly.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because Microsoft Team Manager sorts the remaining
work on the task level, not on the assignments level.
STATUS
This behavior is by design.
