TMGR: Calendar Exceptions Not Affected by General Changes (159384)

If working times are modified for an individual day, and then working times
are also modified for the day of week that includes that modified day, the
original exception will not be affected by the changes made to the day of
week.

Date range exceptions are used to override the standard setting for that
day of the week. Changing the settings for that day of the week will not
override the individual day's settings.
For example if the first Monday of this month is marked as non-working and
then Mondays in general are modified in a different way, the first Monday
of this month will still be shown as non-working.
